To the beautiful Dame Sarah Barsby. Oh how you scared me at first. The first service user to talk to me and I didn't have a clue. You were patient with me though and before I knew it I was almost fluent. What a diamond you have been. Never before have I had the pleasure of sharing moments with someone like you. You really are a unique and wonderful soul who we were all so lucky to get to spend some time with.
